RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you decide that you no longer want your item, CONTACT US using the form or email address provided.
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your unwanted item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the return request being authorised and must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging and must be in a re-sellable condition.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging and using a tracked service. We cannot issue a refund for any non-recorded returns that go missing, so please keep hold of your tracking information/proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds on unwanted items
Once the unwanted item is received back in our warehouse it will be checked to see if it meets our return policy conditions. A refund will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
You should receive notification of your refund within 14 working days after your parcel has been returned. If you have not received notification of your refund within 14 working days, please CONTACT US.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We strive to ensure all orders reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the packaging or item is clearly damaged, then please refuse the delivery.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please CONTACT US using the form or email address provided within 28 days of receipt of your item, providing full details of the damage/fault with your item. A replacement or refund will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
