    Delivery Policy

    🎄CHRISTMAS UPDATE🎄

    Our offices are now closed until Monday, 5th January.

    Any orders placed between Friday, 19th December and Monday, 5th January will still be dispatched, however, estimated delivery times will be longer than usual and we cannot guarantee deliver before Christmas.

    During this period, express shipping will not be available.

    While we will be checking our customer service inbox periodically, responses may be delayed until the week commencing Monday, 5th January.

    Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to all postcodes in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands*, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and BFPO located in Mainland UK. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

    *Express delivery is not available to Scottish Highlands and addresses outside Mainland UK. Standard delivery may also take a little longer to these locations.

    What delivery options are available?

    We offer both Royal Mail 48-hour post, and Royal Mail 24-hour post. We may use other couriers during busier periods, but shipping costs will remain the same.

    • Royal Mail 48 (2-3 business days) - FREE
    • Royal Mail 24 (express 1-2 business days) - £3.99

    When can I expect delivery?

    All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are shipped the same day*. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the next business day. If you have chosen express delivery, your item should arrive the next business day. All other orders should arrive within 3 business days**.

    How do I track my order?

    You should receive an email once your order has been despatched. If your order has been dispatched using a tracked service, your email will include a link to track your order. Please be aware that there may be a delay between the tracking email and your order being available for tracking.

    Pre-order deliveries

    When you place a pre-order, the expected stock available date is provided on the product page.  This date is subject to change, and you will be updated via email of any significant changes.

    Once stock is available, your order will be shipped the next working day after payment has been received.  We use Royal Mail 48 post, but we may use other couriers during busier periods.
