Unwanted items
If you decide that you no longer want your item, contact us using the form or email address provided.
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your unwanted item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the return request being authorised and must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging and must be in a re-sellable condition.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging and using a tracked service. We cannot issue a refund for any non-recorded returns that go missing, so please keep hold of your tracking information/proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds on unwanted items
In the event of a product return, refunds will be issued for the value paid at the time of purchase, including any promotional or discounted price applied. Refunds will not be issued at the full RRP.
If part of an order is returned, the refund value will be calculated based on the price of the item(s) at the time the order was placed, with any applicable discount applied. Promotional discounts will not be applied to replacement items. If the promotion is still valid at the time of return, a new order should be placed using the original promotional code.
Refunds on multibuy promotions
Where items were purchased as part of a multibuy offer (for example, “3 for 2” or “Buy more, save more”), and only part of the multibuy is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the fact that the multibuy offer is no longer valid. This means you will receive a partial refund that accounts for the loss of the multibuy saving, rather than a refund of the full discounted item price.
Refunds on promotional items
In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e. with applied discount. Not the RRP of the item.
In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item(s) at the time the order was placed, i.e. with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
Damaged or faulty items
We strive to ensure all orders reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the packaging or item is clearly damaged, then please refuse the delivery.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please contact us using the form or email address provided within 28 days of receipt of your item, providing full details of the damage/fault with your item. A replacement or refund will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
